We are a family learning & practicing healthy eating habits. We love food! Realizing how food affects our lives in many ways, we're trying to clean up our act.
Mom needs to loose a few pounds.
Dad needs to gain a few pounds.
Kiddo loves veggies and barely eats meat.
A committed vegetarian lifestyle is too much for us at this time. A manageable goal is about a 90%/10% balance of vegetarian to meat. We're here to share our journey, our successes, our failures and our stories as we eat and learn.
